Spirit of St Louis

Well gang... it's here. The first event of 2007. 13.1 miles in frigid St Louis where it's supposedly will start out snowing and turn to rain later in the afternoon Saturday. Sunday morning will be around 35*(realfeel 24*). Face it, THAT'S COLD. I've packed my long pants, toe-socks (yes, they arrived in time), short sleeve shirt, jacket, hat, gloves, earbuds. I'm going tomorrow and get me a long sleeve shirt. The temp later in the day is going to be around 54*. That I can handle. I have no choice, I have to handle the cold as well. Just have to walk faster to keep warm. The race starts at 7:00am. I anticipate finishing approximately 11:00am if not sooner.
