Down another 1.8 lbs. You might think that's nothing to rejoice over but let me tell you those 1 lb looses add up. I'll take it anyway I can get it. A loss is a loss.
I've made my mind up that I have to work the plan in order to have success. I can't afford not to. I'm worth every bit of it. I've been drinking lots of water. I found that if I put water in a glass with ice it disappears faster. Diet soft drinks are not an option. I do however enjoy Lipton diet Citrus green tea. I'm eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. I cut up a cucumber in 1/4" - 1/2" slices mid-afternoon. That seems to satisfy my crunchy cravings.
I'm going to add regular, consistent exercise to the equation this week. Diet and exercise go hand in hand. What good is it for a body to be a healthy weight but not fit? I want to be FIT. Rocky and Boo-B00 will be my walking companions. Plus I'm going to begin rowing 3 days a week. Yes...I'm finally going to get some use out of the Evil Rowing Gadget. I figured if I had an indoor rowing machine I would have no excuses for not working out. Wrong..I don't need an excuse. I needed a reason.
Eric is coming over to help me clean the pond. I bought some sun plants while I was at Wally World. I'm going to head out and clean the side flower bed while it is still shady on that side of the house. I planted a coral bell there that I'll move later today. It is getting choked out by the hostas and buttercups. Plus it is actually a sun lover.
