I was on track for a good day until...... dinner. I did good till we went over to church. Pastor B called and invited us over to roast hot dogs, sit by the fire and chill. Chill we did. The front side facing the fire was toasty warm. The backside on the other hand was cold. Yes indeed... fall is in the air. Roasted hot dogs. They tasted so good with mustard. Too good actually. I ended up eating 3.

I didn't get to walk today. The biggest reason...just plain lazy. Well that and I've got a corn or callus or something between my two smallest little toes. Very painful to have on closed toe shoes. I guess I'm going to have to breakdown and call Dr Best. Hopefully she can fix the problem or send me to a podiatrist. Either way I don't care but something has to be done. I've got to get back into walking so I don't loose the base I've built up. I'll start training for 3 spring half-marathons the first of the year.

Tomorrow I'll be married for 33 years. Wow! At one point I was married more than half my life. In this day this is indeed a major milestone. Some couples never make it to 3 let alone 33. How are we going to celebrate? We're going to celebrate with my son Scott and his wife Bridgett, her parents and Eric and Lynsey. Scott's 31st birthday is Tuesday so were celebrating it Friday at Manadrin Gardens and going to the movies. I'm not sure what we will go see. I just hope it's not scarry. Otherwise I'll have to hang out in the bathroom till it's over.

That's all for now folks,
Good night
